Fantastic, good value for money room with a sofa bed, 1 bedroom, dishwasher, amazing location. Affable and outstandingly accommodating staff overall. Setting near the train station and city centre as well as the Bullring. Easy access to Cafe Soya, just 10 minutes walk.

The bedroom was uncomfortably hot with ineffective air conditioning. The £150 deposit was a hassle to obtain and caused frustration when not refunded promptly.
